What exactly do I get?
An 80+ page PDF written against your computed chart: a chapter for every placement in its sign and house, your tightest aspects with their geometry drawn, any patterns your chart actually forms, your natal lunar phase, a glossary of every symbol, and the complete data record of every computed degree. The final page count follows the features your chart actually contains. It is one reading of one chart for $29 USD, paid once.
Is this a subscription?
No. $29 USD is a one-time purchase for one chart, with nothing recurring and no account to cancel. There is no plan, no renewal, and no second charge. Any sales tax or VAT your country requires is added at checkout, where the total is shown before you pay. Want a reading for a second chart later, and you buy a second reading.
What happens after I pay?
Checkout returns you to your download page and the writing starts there. Your chart is recomputed on our side, the chapters are composed against it one at a time, and the pages are bound into the book while a meter shows the real step. Expect about two minutes, not a wait for an email. When the book is bound the page hands you a download button, and Dodo Payments emails your receipt with a license key that re-downloads the reading anytime at undersky.me/order/redeem/. The link on the download page keeps working for 24 hours; after that the key takes over.
Who takes the payment?
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. They run the checkout, take the card, charge the tax, send the receipt and the license key, and any refund travels back through them to the card you paid with. Undersky never sees or stores your card details. What we hold is your order and the birth data your reading is written from.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not downloaded your reading. Downloading is always your own click, never automatic, and it is the moment delivery completes and the window closes. Write from the email you bought with, or with your order number, and the refund goes back to your original payment method. If you mistyped your birth details, write within 7 days and we regenerate the reading once instead.
What if my reading never arrives?
Then it is on us to fix, and your order and your chart are safe either way. If the binding fails, your download page says so plainly. If the reading arrives unreadable, or the file will not open, write to hello@undersky.me with your order number and we regenerate and redeliver it at no charge. That obligation does not expire when you download.
How is the chart calculated?
In your browser, from ephemeris grade astronomy: Sun through Pluto, Chiron, the lunar nodes, and Black Moon Lilith, computed for your exact date, time, and place. The reading is generated from those numbers, and the method notes are printed in the back of the book.
What if I don’t know my birth time?
The chart stays honest. Positions become day ranges, no Ascendant is invented, and the reading covers what can be known instead of pretending. Unknown birth time stays unknown.
Can I see an example before I buy?
Yes. Every page pictured here is from the sample edition, written against a real computed chart. What you see is what you get, with your sky in it.
Is this a prediction?
No. The reading interprets the chart you were born with. It does not forecast events, and it is written for reflection and entertainment, never as medical, legal, or financial advice.
