The policy

You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't downloaded your reading. A reading is a digital product: it is generated from the chart data you submitted the moment you buy, and the download is where it changes hands. Your reading is never pulled to your device automatically — downloading is always your own click — and once you download it, delivery is complete and the sale is final. There is no physical item and nothing to return; what you downloaded is the product, in full.

How to ask for one

Write to hello@undersky.me from the email you bought with, or with your order number from the receipt, within 14 days of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. A refunded order is closed in full: its download link and license key stop working.

What you agree to at checkout

By purchasing, you expressly request that generation of your reading begin immediately. Delivery completes when you download it, and you acknowledge that by downloading you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, to the extent the law where you live allows that right to be waived for digital content. Nothing here limits a consumer right that can't be waived under applicable law.

Before you buy

The free calculator shows you the exact chart a reading would be built from — same engine, same data. Use it first, and check your birth date, time, and place carefully: the reading is generated from precisely what you enter, and a reading built from mistyped details is still a correctly delivered product.

If something goes wrong on our side

The download closing the window doesn't mean we stop being responsible. If a reading fails to arrive, arrives corrupted or unreadable, or our engine computed your chart incorrectly from the data you entered, write to hello@undersky.me and we'll regenerate and redeliver it at no charge. That's a delivery obligation we take seriously — it's the product working as promised, not an exception to this policy.

If you mistyped your birth details

Write to us within 7 days of purchase with the corrected details and we'll regenerate your reading once, free of charge, as a courtesy. This is a regeneration, not a refund.

Talk to us first

If anything about your purchase seems off, contact us before disputing the charge with your card issuer — nearly everything is fixable faster by email, and a chargeback on a delivered digital product usually just slows that down.
