Who you're dealing with

Undersky is operated by Tomer N. Marketing and Sales Ltd, an Israeli company (company no. 516555604), of 6 HaTapuach Street, Beit Shemesh 9955606, Israel. When these terms say "we", that's who they mean. By using the site you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, don't use the site.

What Undersky is

Undersky is a birth chart calculator and a paid written interpretation service. Charts are computed from astronomical models; interpretations are reflective and editorial.

For reflection, not for decisions

Everything on Undersky — charts, readings, articles — is provided for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and must not be used to make decisions in those domains. If something in your life needs a professional, please see one; your chart will still be here after.

Your chart, your data

You own the birth information you enter and the chart images you download. You're welcome to share, post, and print your charts — attribution appreciated, not required. Don't scrape or bulk-download the site, don't use it to build a competing dataset, and don't resell the readings as your own work.

Purchases & delivery

Paid readings are digital products, generated from the chart data you submit and delivered electronically — there is no physical item and nothing to ship. Prices are shown at checkout; applicable taxes may be added depending on where you are. Orders are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which makes Dodo the legal seller of the reading and the name that appears on your card statement: your purchase, payment, and any payment disputes are handled under its terms alongside these.

You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase, up until you download your reading; downloading completes delivery and makes the sale final — see the refund policy for the full picture, including what we do if something goes wrong on our side. By purchasing, you expressly request that generation begin immediately and acknowledge that, by downloading, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation to the extent the law allows it to be waived.

A reading is generated from the birth details you enter — check them before you buy. A reading built from mistyped data is still a correctly delivered product.

What's ours

The site — its design, text, code, and the written readings we deliver to you — is our work, protected by copyright. Your reading is for your personal use: read it, print it, share it with people in your life. Don't republish it commercially or pass it off as your own writing.

Accuracy, honestly framed

We work hard to compute positions correctly and to say so when something can't be known (like houses without a birth time). We can't guarantee the accuracy of data you enter, of historical time-zone records for every place and era, or of interpretation as such — that's the nature of the craft.

Limits of our responsibility

The site and readings are provided as they are, without warranties beyond what's written here. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law, or any consumer right that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute belongs to the competent courts of the Jerusalem district — without limiting mandatory consumer protections you may have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
