He has quoted his own birth certificate from a podium, 4:39 PM. ESPN obtained Ohio’s certification of birth in 2006 and published the document itself, linked below, and like most short-form certifications it carries a file number, a filing date and no hour at all. A photograph of the long form does carry one, reading 4:04 PM, and its file number and filing date match the copy ESPN published. Nobody has published that photograph who will say where they got it, and the hour on it is not the hour he gave. No time is asserted.
