Nothing at all occupies 243° of this chart. The ten classical planets are packed into the remaining 117°, an unbroken run of four signs from Sagittarius through Pisces, and they stay inside it at every hour of that day.
Marc Edmund Jones named this shape a bundle: every planet gathered inside roughly a third of the wheel, the tightest of the seven patterns he catalogued. It is the hardest of them to arrive at, because the fast bodies have to agree with the slow ones, and the slow ones only cross a sign or two a decade.
Five of the ten are in Capricorn, and Uranus is the one to watch. It spent the whole day inside the final degree of the sign, 29°05′ to 29°08′, moving three arcminutes in twenty-four hours. Uranus takes about seven years to cross a sign, so barely three months in every seven fall inside that last degree.
And none of the ten is retrograde. Every classical planet points the same way round a wheel that is 243° empty.

Read from the day’s range; the exact face depends on the hour.
The ten classical planets, weighed by element and modality. Only sign-certain placements are counted.
Aspects are the working relationships in a chart, listed tightest first. A smaller orb is a stronger contact. Contacts marked "part of the day" depend on the unknown birth time.
Squares and oppositions: friction that makes the engine turn.
Trines and sextiles: what runs easily, sometimes too easily.
Conjunctions: planets standing so close they act as one.
The astrologer’s aspectarian: each glyph on the stair names its row and its column. Hover any symbol for the contact in words.

Without a birth time there is no Ascendant, so houses here are whole signs counted from the Sun: the standard solar chart astrologers use when the clock is unknown.
